The choir is the original element of Greek theatre, it’s a collective character, the incarnation of a country, of a city. Let’s say a body with thousand legs and thousand heads thinking the same thoughts, and all those mouths singing in unison. But before reaching unison, it is a cacophony if everyone mooes at the same moment, isn’t it? Do we really have to take everybody on? Well, hum… « All is one, harmony comes from chaos,» says forgotten wisdom.
And then, we want to see it to believe it.
